1B4M-DTPA-conjugated muB3 Definition
A conjugate of a murine immunoglobulin antibody directed against the Lewis carbohydrate epitope (B3 antigen) and a isothiocyanatobenzyl derivative (1B4M) of diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) with potential use in cancer immunotherapy. The Lewis carbohydrate epitope is present on a variety of proteins located on the surface of many different types of tumor cells and a limited number of normal tissues. (NCI04)
