Proteomics Shared Resource provides analysis and characterization of natural and recombinant proteins and candidate drugs and protein expression and profiling analysis using a combination of technologies: mass mapping and identification of unknown proteins from databases, HPLC-MS identification of components of macromolecular complexes, identification of sites of posttranslational modifications, sequencing, and screening techniques.
