An on-line community database for the development and support of integrated zebrafish genetic, genomic and developmental information, the maintenance of the definitive reference data sets of zebrafish research information, linkage of this information to corresponding data in other model organism and human databases, and the facilitation of the use of zebrafish as a model for human biology in order to serve the needs of the research community.
