Encoded by human CUL4a Gene (Cullin Family), 659-aa 77-kDa neddylated Cullin 4 is involved in the third step of ubiquitin conjugation and proteasomal degradation of target proteins. CUL4a interacts with RBX1, RNF7 and TIP120A/CAND1. (NCI)
